Welcome to BetSuper. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") set out the complete terms governing your access to and use of the BetSuper website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated at https://betsuper.cam.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or transaction through BetSuper, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of BetSuper globally, including users accessing the Platform from Malaysia. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is not regulated within Malaysia and that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this Platform complies with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction.

BetSuper reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the Platform. Continued use of BetSuper following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on BetSuper, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. BetSuper strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money gaming activities. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of BetSuper or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a self-exclusion or active restriction order in place that prohibits you from accessing gambling platforms.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal requirement in your jurisdiction.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. BetSuper shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these eligibility conditions.

4.1 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on BetSuper. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. BetSuper will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify BetSuper immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

BetSuper is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documentation. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.4 Account Currency

BetSuper supports Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary account currency. Accounts may also be funded using supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT), which are converted to account currency at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BetSuper accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian users: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). All accepted payment methods are subject to change at BetSuper's discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change.
• BetSuper does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate fluctuations at the time of conversion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only available to Users who have completed KYC verification to BetSuper's satisfaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• BetSuper targets same-day processing for verified accounts during business hours, though processing times are not guaranteed and may vary.
• BetSuper reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may extend processing timelines.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms will be declined and the Account suspended pending investigation.

BetSuper offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and validity periods communicated at the time of the offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited and must be completed within the specified validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire.
• BetSuper reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus is available to one Account per User, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• BetSuper may request additional verification before crediting any bonus to an Account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

BetSuper employs fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or using software automation in connection with bonus wagering. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus winnings forfeited.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

The BetSuper welcome bonus package of up to MYR 2,880 is available to new registered users on their first qualifying deposit. Full terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum deposit thresholds are specified on the Platform's promotions page and form part of these Terms.

All bets placed on BetSuper are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category — slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade, and lottery. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. BetSuper does not accept cancellation of bets after confirmation except where expressly provided in specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, BetSuper reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return stakes to the User's Account.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• BetSuper reserves the right to set account-level stake limits at its sole discretion, including for users identified as professional or advantage gamblers.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. BetSuper does not guarantee any specific outcome on any game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BetSuper Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information at registration or during KYC processes.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose that facilitates financial crime.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Interfering with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform's systems.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN or proxy services.

All content on the BetSuper Platform — including but not limited to the BetSuper name, logo, visual design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of BetSuper or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without the prior written consent of BetSuper.

BetSuper collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BetSuper implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and BetSuper cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

BetSuper is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

All Users are strongly encouraged to gamble responsibly and to treat betting as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or financial solution. BetSuper actively promotes awareness of problem gambling and its potential harms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetSuper, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds through gambling activity.
• System downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing beyond BetSuper's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

BetSuper's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit BetSuper's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by BetSuper's gross negligence.

BetSuper reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
• The User fails to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to BetSuper's satisfaction.
• The Account is subject to a self-exclusion order or legal restriction.
• BetSuper is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a User's Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of KYC and any outstanding investigations, subject to BetSuper's withdrawal procedures.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not circumvent any ongoing investigations or override any forfeiture of funds arising from breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which BetSuper holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or bonus, Users must first submit a formal complaint to BetSuper's customer support team at [email protected]. BetSuper will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Malaysian users acknowledge that the laws of Malaysia may differ from the governing law of these Terms and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that their participation in BetSuper's services is lawful in their jurisdiction.

BetSuper reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, BetSuper will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
